Youth Programs

Special Needs Respite Program

Inclusive, year-round programming for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — and the families who support them.

Our Special Needs program is dedicated to offering participants the opportunity to thrive in an inclusive environment with quality programming. By supporting youth with autism and Down syndrome, we help them become integral members of our community and explore the world beyond KHCC.

The uniqueness of our Special Needs program lies in its ability to bring together participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities and typically developing youth — creating a vibrant, diverse, and truly inclusive community across the Bronx.
