KHCConnect: Resource Network for Families

See How KHCConnect Became A Hub for Crisis Support During the Pandemic:

KHCConnect is an agency-wide case management system. It ensures our families are connected to the services they need to create physically, emotionally, and financially healthy family units, including Parenting Journey and connections to job opportunities. 

We want you to know that you are safe; you have a partner; and we have your back!! Due to the Covid -19 Pandemic many of our services have gone virtual but KHCC Connect is still here to meet the needs of our participants in new ways. We have developed an emergency supply program and bill relief initiative to help participants with the sudden financial challenges caused by the pandemic. Assistance with SNAP applications and our Housing Connect Program are being done over the phone so participants do not have to leave their home over safety concerns due to Covid-19.

Connect is here to provide info about all services at KHCC. Monthly workshops, job training, citizenship classes. housing resources and financial literacy workshops are just some examples of what the agency offers as whole. If you are having trouble with food security at this time the Food Pantry at KHCC has been serving up to 200 families per day during the pandemic. Please reach out to KHCC Connect for any inquiries. When we do not have what you need at KHCC, we are committed to helping you find services outside of our agency.

Si el servicio que necesitas no lo ofrecemos en KHCC, nos comprometemos a ayudarte a encontrar respuestas fuera de nuestra agencia.
