College Directions Program
College Directions Program
College and career preparation, post-secondary planning, and retention services for hundreds of Bronx youth every year.
KHCC's College Directions Program (CDP) provides a critical safety net for youth who don't receive the focus and attention they need to develop a realistic post-secondary plan within their schools. Teens access the program outside of school hours — spending time with staff, exploring career pathways, and connecting with mentors who help them navigate the many choices ahead.

Student Success Centers
CDP has expanded beyond our main site by opening Student Success Centers in local schools — bringing college and career guidance directly into the buildings where Bronx youth learn every day.
Every Bronx student deserves a guide for what comes next. CDP ensures no young person has to figure out their future alone.
