The KHCConnect team is inviting agency families, participants and community members to attend two FREE public charge workshops on November 20! The first one will be from 12-1pm in the front room and the second one will be from 7-8pm in the ECS conference room. Learn more about the public charge law, how it could impact your family's benefits, and resources available to immigrants.
*Please note: both workshops will be presented in Spanish, but handouts will also be available in English.
BronxWorks will be at the two workshops to share information on the new healthcare initiative, NYC Care. NYC Care is a program through NYC Health + Hospitals that allows all New Yorkers access to quality and affordable health care regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.
