KHCC staff give a tremendous amount of their love and energy to providing for our children and families. We want to be sure staff and our community take care of themselves, too.
Starting September 23rd, Victor Chaves will lead a yoga class Saturdays from 10-11am at KHCC. Fee and RSVP Required.
KHCC also seeks 'mindfulness' volunteers. We seek experts in meditation and other offerings to staff and our community.
