EXECUTIVE STAFF

Giselle Melendez-Susca, who became Executive Director at the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center on July 1, 2010, has been part of our team for 25 years. While serving as Associate Executive Director for Administrative and Fiscal Affairs, she was instrumental in the expansion of services for the local community ranging from child care to economic development, and created systems that kept the agency moving forward in technology, finance, and communications. Today, Ms. Melendez-Susca is poised to lead the agency to a new level of service and commitment. Ms. Melendez-Susca was born in the Bronx to Puerto Rican immigrant parents. She earned an MS in Psychology from NYU with a focus in both clinical and community aspects of the field, and worked in scientific research before coming to KHCC.
