GENERAL INFORMATION:
Summer Day Camp
ages 6-11, Program includes:
Trips twice a week (weather permitting).
Computers, arts, dance, music, science, and more.
CAMP HOURS 9:00am-5:00pm
Extended Hour Available
Early drop off.....8:00am-9:00am
Late pick up.......5:00pm-6:00pm
Available at an additional fee

Registration
Registration will take place on the following days from
5:00pm - 7:00pm:
Tuesday, April 2nd
Wednesday, April 3rd
Thursday, April 4th
You must call (718) 884-0700 Ext. 184 to schedule an
appointment for one of these dates. Submit a separate
registration form for each child. First come, first
served. A non-refundable $150.00 deposit per child is
required at registration. Camp fee may be paid by cash,
check or money order.
Lunch and Snacks
KHCC provides lunch and snacks for the campers.
LUNCH IS FREE AND PROVIDED BY USDA THROUGH THE OFFICE
OF SCHOOL FOOD AND NUTRICTION SERVICES, BOARD OF EDUCATION
Health Forms
Every child must have an updated health form on file
before the first day of camp. All forms are to be returned
to the Youth Services Office.
NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO START CAMP WITHOUT A
COMPLETE HEALTH FORM.
Balance Due Payments
The balance must be paid by June 21st for Session I
and July 12th for Session II.
Payments not made by these dates will result in the
camp registration being cancelled with no refund.
SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS
Returned Checks
All returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge.
Department of Health
KHCC Day Camp is licensed by the NYC Department of Health
and is inspected twice yearly. The inspection reports
are on file at the Day Camps and recreation Units. If
